O you who have believed! Fulfil (all) contracts. Lawful for you are the animals of livestock except that which is recited to you; not allowing hunting while you are in the state if pilgrimage. Indeed, Allah judges what He wants. [Al Quran ; 5:1]
O you who have believed! Do not violate the symbols of Allah or the sacred month, or the offerings, or the garlands, or those coming to the sacred mosque seeking grace from their Lord and (His) pleasure. And when you finish pilgrimage, then you may hunt. And do not let the hatred of the people if they hinder you from the sacred mosque lead you to perpetrate. And help one another in righteousness and piety, and do not help one another in sin and transgression; and fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in punishment. [Al Quran ; 5:2]
Prohibited to you are the dead, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and that which is offered to other than Allah, and that which is strangled, and that which is beaten to death, and that which is killed by a fall, and that which is killed by a horn, and that which is eaten by wild beasts, except that what you manage to slaughter, and that which is sacrificed on idol stones. And that by which you seek to know the unseen; that is disobedience. This day have those who have disbelieved despaired from your religion, so fear them not and fear Me. This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed upon you My favour and chosen for you Islam as a religion; but whoever is forced by hunger while not inclining to commit a sin, then indeed, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. [Al Quran ; 5:3]
They ask you, what is made lawful for them. Say: Lawful for you are the good (of all food) and what you have trained of hunting dogs which you train as Allah taught you. So eat of what they have caught for you and mention the name of Allah over it; and fear Allah, indeed, Allah is swift in reckoning. [Al Quran ; 5:4]
This day the good (of all food) is made lawful for you. And the food of those who were given the book is made lawful for you; and your food is made lawful for them. And (lawful are) the protected women from among the believing women, and the protected women from among those who were given the book before you, when you have given them their due seeking to protect not seeking fornicating or taking them in secret. And whoever denies the faith, then his work has certainly become worthless, and in the hereafter he will be among the losers. [Al Quran ; 5:5]
O you who have believed! When you establish the prayer, wash your faces and your hands to the elbows, and wipe your heads and your feet to the ankles; and if you are unclean then purify yourselves, and if you are sick or on a journey or the call of nature has come to one of you or you touched women but you cannot find water, then use clean soil, and wipe your faces and your hands thereby. Allah does not want to make upon you difficulty, but He wants to purify you and to complete His favour upon you that you may give thanks. [Al Quran ; 5:6]
And remember the favour of Allah upon you and His covenant with which He bound you when you said: We have heard and obeyed. And fear Allah, indeed, Allah is Knowing of that within the chests. [Al Quran ; 5:7]
O you who have believed! Be upright for Allah, bearers of witness in justice, and let not the hatred of a people prevent you not to act in justice. Act in justice, it is nearer to piety, and fear Allah; indeed, Allah is Acquainted of what you do. [Al Quran ; 5:8]
O you who have believed! Remember the favour of Allah upon you when a people intended to extend their hands (in aggression) towards you, so He withheld their hands from you. And fear Allah; and upon Allah, let the believers rely. [Al Quran ; 5:11]
And Allah has certainly taken a covenant from the sons of Israel; and We sent among them twelve chiefs, and Allah said: Indeed, I am with you, if you establish prayer and pay Zakah (alms) and believe in My messengers and support them and loan Allah a good loan, I will surely redeem your evil deeds, and I will surely admit you into gardens beneath which rivers flow. And whoever disbelieve after that from among you, then he has certainly strayed from the right way. [Al Quran ; 5:12]
So for their breaking of their covenant We cursed them and made their hearts hard. They distort the words from their places and have forgotten a portion of that of which they were. And you still see treachery among them except a few of them; so pardon them and forgive. Indeed, Allah loves the doers of good. [Al Quran ; 5:13]
And from those who said, we are Christians, We took their covenant, but they have forgotten a portion of that of which they were reminded. So We excited among them animosity and hatred until the day of the resurrection; and Allah will inform them of what they used to do. [Al Quran ; 5:14]
O people of the Book! There has come to you Our messenger to explain to you much of what you have concealed of the book and pardoning much. There has come to you from Allah a light and an obvious book. [Al Quran ; 5:15]
Allah guides thereby those who follow His pleasure into the ways of peace and brings them out of darkness into the light by His permission and guides them to a straight path. [Al Quran ; 5:16]
They have certainly disbelieved who say: Allah is Christ son of Mariam. Say: Then who could prevent Allah if He had wanted to destroy Christ son of Mariam and his mother and those on the earth all together? And to Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them. He creates what He wills; and Allah is over everything Capable. [Al Quran ; 5:17]
And the Jews and the Christians say: We are the sons of Allah and His beloved ones. Say: Then why does He castigate you for your sins? Rather, you are humans from among those whom He has created; He forgives whom He wills and castigates whom He wills, and to Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them; and to Him is the destination. [Al Quran ; 5:18]
O people of the book! There has certainly come to you Our messenger to explain to you after a period of messengers, lest you say: There came not to us a bearer of good tidings nor a warner. But there has certainly come to you a bearer of good tidings and a warner. And Allah is over everything, Capable. [Al Quran ; 5:19]
And when Musa said to his people: O my people! Remember the favour of Allah upon you when He made among you prophets and made you kings and gave you what He had not given to anyone among the worlds. [Al Quran ; 5:20]

They said: O Musa! Indeed, within it is a tyrant people; and indeed, we will not enter it until they leave from it, and if they leave from it, then indeed, we will be entering. [Al Quran ; 5:22]
Two men of those who fear (Allah), upon whom Allah had bestowed a favour, said: Enter upon them through the gate; and if you will enter it, then indeed, you will be victorious; and upon Allah you should rely if you are believers. [Al Quran ; 5:23]
They said: O Musa! Indeed, we will never enter it as long as they are in it, so go, you and your Lord, and fight. Indeed, we will be right here seated. [Al Quran ; 5:24]
He (Allah) said: Then indeed, it is prohibited to them for forty years, wandering throughout the land; so do not grieve for the disobedient people. [Al Quran ; 5:26]
And recite to them the story of the two sons of Adam in truth, when they offered an offering, but it was accepted from one of them and was not accepted from the other. He (the latter) said: I will surely kill you. He (the former) said: Allah only accepts from the pious. [Al Quran ; 5:27]
If you stretch your hand towards me to kill me, I will not be stretching my hand towards you to kill you. Indeed, I fear Allah, the Lord of the worlds. [Al Quran ; 5:28]
Indeed, I want that you bear my sin and your sin, so you would be among the companions of the fire; and that is the reward of the unjust. [Al Quran ; 5:29]
So Allah sent a crow to search the land to show him how to burry the corpse of his brother. He said: Woe to me! Have I failed to be like this crow and burry the corpse of my brother? And he became of the regretful. [Al Quran ; 5:31]
Because of that, We decreed upon the sons of Israel that whoever kills a soul without a soul or without mischief in the land, then it is as if he had killed all the people. And whoever saves it, it is as if he had saved all the people. And Our messengers has certainly come to them with signs, then indeed, many of them are, after that, throughout the land, transgressors. [Al Quran ; 5:32]
The penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is none but that they should be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on opposite sides or that they should be expelled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the hereafter will be a great torture. [Al Quran ; 5:33]
Indeed, (as for) those who have disbelieved, even if they had all that is in the earth and the like of it with it by which to ransom themselves from the torture of the day of resurrection, it will not be accepted from them, and for them is a painful torture. [Al Quran ; 5:36]
And (as for) the male and the female thives, cut off their hands as a penalty for what they have earned, a deterrent from Allah. And Allah is Mighty, Wise. [Al Quran ; 5:38]
Do you not know that to Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth? He castigates whom He wills; and forgives whom He wills. And Allah is over everything Capable. [Al Quran ; 5:40]

O Messenger! Let not them grieve you who hasten into disbelief from among those who say, we have believed, with their mouths, but their hearts did not believe, and from among the Jews are those who are listeners of lies, listeners to another people who have not come to you. They distort the words from their places, they say: If you are given this, then take it; and if you are not given it, then be cautious. And whom Allah wants his trial, never will you possess for him against Allah a thing; those are the ones whose hearts Allah does not want to purify, for them in this world is a disgrace, and for them in the hereafter will be a great torture. [Al Quran ; 5:41]
Listeners to lies, devourers of the unlawful, so if they come to you, then judge between them or turn away from them. And if you turn away from them, then they will not harm you in anything; and if you judge, then judge between them with justice. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. [Al Quran ; 5:42]
And how do they make you judge and they have the Taurat, in it is the judgement of Allah? Moreover they turn back after that. And those are not believers. [Al Quran ; 5:43]
Indeed, We have sent down the Taurat in which there are guidance and light; the prophets who submitted judge thereby for those who are Jews, likewise are the Rabbis and the scholars, because of that which they were entrusted of the book of Allah, and they are over it witnesses. So do not fear the people and fear Me, and do not exchange My signs for a small price. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has sent down, then those are the ones who are unbelievers. [Al Quran ; 5:44]
And We decreed upon them therein that a soul is for a soul, and an eye for an eye, and a nose for a nose, and an ear for an ear, and a tooth for a tooth, and wounds are retribution. And whoever give it up as charity, then it will be an expiation for him. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has sent down, then those are the ones who are unjust. [Al Quran ; 5:45]
And We caused to follow after them in their footsteps Isa son of Mariam, verifying what was before him of the Taurat, and We gave him the Injeel in which there are guidance and light, and verifying what was before it of the Taurat, and a guidance and an admonition for the pious. [Al Quran ; 5:46]
And the people of the Injeel should judge by what Allah has sent down therein. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has sent down, then those are the ones who are disobedient. [Al Quran ; 5:47]
And We have sent down to you the book (the Quran) in truth, verifying what is before it of the book and a ruler over it; so judge between them by what Allah has sent down, and do not follow their desires in exchange for what has come to you of the truth. For each of you, We made a law and a way; and had Allah willed, He would have made you a single nation, but to test you in what He has given you, so race to the good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will inform you concerning that in which you used to disagree. [Al Quran ; 5:48]
And judge between them by what Allah has sent down, and do not follow their desires, and be cautious of them, lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has sent down to you. And if they turn away, then know that Allah wants to strike them by some of their sins. And indeed, most of the people are disobedient. [Al Quran ; 5:49]
O you who have believed! Do not take the Jews and the Christians as guardians; they are guardians of each other; and whoever takes them as a guardian from among you, then indeed, he is one of them. Indeed, Allah does not guide the unjust people. [Al Quran ; 5:51]
And you will see those in whose hearts is a disease hastening towards them, they say: We fear that calamity strikes us. But perhaps Allah will bring victory or a decision from Him, and they will become over what they have concealed within themselves regretful. [Al Quran ; 5:52]
And those who have believed say: Are those who have sworn by Allah with the most forcible of their oaths that indeed they were with you? Their deeds have become nullified, and they have become losers. [Al Quran ; 5:53]
O you who have believed! Whoever from among you reverts from his religion, then Allah will bring a people whom He will love, and they will love Him, humble towards the believers, mighty against the unbelievers, they strive hard in the way of Allah and they fear not the blame of any blamer. That is the grace of Allah which He gives to whom He wills, and Allah is Vast, Knowing. [Al Quran ; 5:54]
Your guardian is only Allah and His messenger and those who have believed, who establish prayer and pay Zakah (alms), and they bow down. [Al Quran ; 5:55]
And whoever is a guardian to Allah and His messenger and those who have believed, then indeed, the party of Allah will be victorious one. [Al Quran ; 5:56]
O you who have believed! Do not take those who have taken your religion in ridicule and amusement as guardians from among those who were given the book before you nor the unbelievers. And fear Allah if you are believers. [Al Quran ; 5:57]
Say: O people of the book! Do you resent us except that we have believed in Allah and in what has been sent down to us and in what has been sent down before while most of you are disobedient? [Al Quran ; 5:59]
Say: Will I inform you of what is worse than that as retribution from Allah? Those whom Allah has cursed and with whom He became angry and whom He made apes and pigs, and the worshippers of the devil. Those are worse in place and further astray from the straight way. [Al Quran ; 5:60]

And when they come to you, they say: We believe. But they have entered into unbelief and they came out with it. And Allah is most knowing of what they used to conceal. [Al Quran ; 5:61]
Why do not the rabbis and the scholars prohibit them from their saying of sin and their devouring of unlawful? Miserable is what they used to fabricate. [Al Quran ; 5:63]
And the Jews said: The hand of Allah is chained! Chained are their hands and they were cursed for what they have said. Rather both His hands are spread out; He spends however He wills and He will surely increase many of them. That which has been sent down to you from your Lord is neither inordinacy nor unbelief. And We have thrown among them animosity and hatred until the day of resurrection. Whenever they light a fire for war, Allah extinguishes it, and they strive to make mischief in the land. And Allah does not love the mischief makers. [Al Quran ; 5:64]
And if they had upheld the Taurat and the Injeel and that which was sent down to them from their Lord, they would have eaten from above them and from beneath their feet. Among them are moderate community; and for many of them, evil is what they do. [Al Quran ; 5:66]
O messenger! Announce what bas been sent down to you from your Lord; and if you do not, then you have not announced His message. And Allah will protect you from the people; indeed, Allah does not guide the unbelieving people. [Al Quran ; 5:67]
Say: O people of the book! You are not upon any thing until you uphold the Taurat and the Injeel and that which was sent down to you from your Lord. And He will surely increase a lot of them. What has been sent down to you from your Lord is neither inordinacy nor unbelief; so despair not for the unbelieving people. [Al Quran ; 5:68]
Indeed, those who have believed and those who are Jews and the Sabians and the Christians, those who believed in Allah and the last day and did good deed, then no fear will be upon them nor will they grieve. [Al Quran ; 5:69]
We had certainly taken a covenant from the sons of Israel and had sent to them messengers; whenever there came to them a messenger with what their souls did not desire, a team (of the messengers) were denied, and a team (of them) they killed. [Al Quran ; 5:70]
And they thought that there would be no punishment, so they became blind and deaf; then Allah accepted their repentance, then many of them became blind and deaf. And Allah is Seeing of what they do. [Al Quran ; 5:71]
They have certainly disbelieved who say: Allah is the Christ, son of Mariam. And Christ said: O sons of Israel! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. Indeed, whoever associates others with Allah, then Allah has prohibited him the garden, and his refuge will be the fire. And there will not be for the unjust any helpers. [Al Quran ; 5:72]
They have certainly disbelieved who said: Allah is third of three. And there is no god except one God, and if they do not desist from what they say, there will surely touch those who have disbelieved among them a painful torture. [Al Quran ; 5:73]
Christ, son of Mariam is not except a messenger; messengers before him have already passed on; and his mother was a truthful woman; they bth used to eat the food. Look how We explain to them the signs, then look how they are deluded. [Al Quran ; 5:75]
Say: Do you worship other than Allah that which possesses for you no harm or benefit while it is Allah Who is the Hearing, the Knowing? [Al Quran ; 5:76]
Say: O people of the book! Do not commit excess in your religion beyond the truth, and do not follow the desires of a people who were already misguided before and led many astray and strayed from the right way. [Al Quran ; 5:77]
Cursed were those who have disbelieved from among the sons of Israel by the tongue of Dawood and Isa, son of Mariam. That was because they disobeyed and used to transgress. [Al Quran ; 5:78]
You see many of them taking guardians from those who have disbelieved; miserable is what their souls have put forth for them. Indeed, Allah has become angry with them, and in the torture they will be abiding. [Al Quran ; 5:80]

And if they used to believe in Allah and the prophet and in what was sent down to him, they would not have taken them as guardians, but many of them are disobedient. [Al Quran ; 5:81]
You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward those who have believed the Jews and those who are polytheists. And you will surely find the nearest of them in affection toward those who have believed those who said: We are Christians. That is because among them are priests and monks, and because they are not arrogant. [Al Quran ; 5:82]
And when they hear what has been sent down to the messenger, you will see their eyes overflowing with tears because of what they knew of the truth. They say: Our Lord! We have believed, so register us among the witnesses. [Al Quran ; 5:83]
And why should we not believe in Allah and in what has come to us of the truth? And we aspire that our Lord will admit us with the righteous people. [Al Quran ; 5:84]
So Allah rewarded them for what they said with gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding therein. And that is the reward of the doers of the good. [Al Quran ; 5:85]
O you who have believed! Do not prohibit the good things which Allah has made lawful for you and do not transgress; indeed, Allah does not love the transgressors. [Al Quran ; 5:87]
Allah will not hold you to account for what is vain in your oaths, but He will hold you to account for what you have intended of oaths. So its expiation is feeding ten needy from the average of what you feed your families, or their clothing, or freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find (a slave) then fasting for three days; that is an expiation of your oaths when you swear. And keep your oaths. Thus does Allah explain to you His signs that you may give thanks. [Al Quran ; 5:89]
O you who have believed! Indeed intoxicants and gambling and divining arrows are only defilement work by the devil; so avoid it that you may succeed. [Al Quran ; 5:90]
The devil only wants to cast between you animosity and hatred by intoxicants and e gambling, and to hinder you from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer. Will you then desist? [Al Quran ; 5:91]
And obey Allah and obey the messenger and be cautious; but if you turn away, then know that upon Our messenger is only the clear notification. [Al Quran ; 5:92]
Not upon those who have believed and done good deeds any blame for what they eaten ate if they have feared (Allah) and believed and done good deeds, moreover they have feared (Allah) and believed, moreover they have feared and done good. And Allah loves the doers of the good. [Al Quran ; 5:93]
O you who have believed! Allah will surely test you with something of hunting which is reached by your hands and your arrows, that Allah may make evident those who fear Him while unseen. But whoever transgresses after that, then for him will be a painful torture. [Al Quran ; 5:94]
O you who have believed! do not kill through hunting while you are in the state of pilgrimage. And whoever kills it from among you intentionally, then the penalty is the like of what he killed of the cattle, as judged by two just persons from among you as an offering to be delivered to the Kabah, or an expiation which is feeding of the needy, or the equivalent of it in fasting, that he may taste the consequence of his matter. Allah has pardoned what has passed; and whoever returns, then Allah will take retribution from him. And Allah is Mighty, Owner of retribution. [Al Quran ; 5:95]
Lawful to you is fishing from the sea and its food, as provision for you and for the travellers. And prohibited to you is hunting in the land as long as you are in the state of pilgrimage; and fear Allah to Whom you will be gathered. [Al Quran ; 5:96]
Allah has made the Kabah, the sacred house, a place of (prayer) standing for the people, and (has made) the sacred month and the offerings and the garlands. That is so you may know that Allah knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth and that Allah is of everything Knowing. [Al Quran ; 5:97]
Say: Not equal are the evil and the good, although the abundance of the evil might impress you. So fear Allah, O people who possess minds that you may succeed. [Al Quran ; 5:100]

O you who have believed! Do not ask about things which, if revealed to you, may trouble you. But if you ask about them when the Quran is sent down, it may be revealed to you. Allah has pardoned it, and Allah is Forgiving, Forbearing. [Al Quran ; 5:101]
Allah has not made (innovations as) bahirah or saibah or wasilah or ham, but those who have disbelieved forge about Allah lies, and most of them do not understand. [Al Quran ; 5:103]
And when it is said to them: Come to what Allah has sent down and to the messenger, they say: Sufficient for us is that upon which we found our fathers. Even though their fathers did not know a thing nor were they guided. [Al Quran ; 5:104]
O you who have believed! Upon you are yourselves. Never will harm you those who have strayed when you follow guidance; to Allah is your return all together, and He will inform you of what you used to do. [Al Quran ; 5:105]
O you who have believed! Testimony should be among you when death comes to one of you at the time of the will. Two just persons from among you, or another two from among others than you; if you travel in the land and the disaster of the death strikes you, detain the two (witnesses) after prayer, and they should swear by Allah if you doubt (them saying): We will not exchange it for a price even if he is a near relative, and we will not conceal the testimony of Allah. Indeed, we would then be among the sinners. [Al Quran ; 5:106]
And if it is discovered that they both earned a sin, then another two should stand up in their place from among those who have a dispute against the first two (witnesses). And both of them should swear by Allah (saying): Our testimony will be more truthful than their testimony, and we have not transgressed. Indeed, we would then be among the unjust. [Al Quran ; 5:107]
This is nearer that they should give testimony according to its objective or fear that other oaths be taken after their oaths. And fear Allah and hear; and Allah does not guide the disobedient people. [Al Quran ; 5:108]
The day when Allah will gather the messengers, then He says: What was the response you received? They will say: We have no knowledge; indeed, it is you Who are the Knowing of the unseen. [Al Quran ; 5:109]
When Allah will say: O Isa son of Mariam! Remember My favour upon you and upon your mother, when I supported you with the holy spirit, you spoke to the people in the cradle and in old age, and when I taught you the book and wisdom and the Taurat and the Injeel. And when you created out of clay the like of a bird by My permission, then you blew into her and it became a bird by My permission. And you healed the blind and the leprous by My permission; and when you brought forth the dead by My permission. And when I withheld the sons of Israel from (killing) you when you came to them with clear arguments, then those who have disbelieved among them said: Indeed, this is not but an obvious magic. [Al Quran ; 5:110]
And when I revealed to the disciples: Believe in Me and My messenger. They said: Indeed, we have believed, so bear witness that we are submitters. [Al Quran ; 5:111]
When the disciples said: O Isa son of Mariam! Can your Lord send down to us a table from the sky? He said: Fear Allah if you are believers. [Al Quran ; 5:112]
They said: We want to eat from it and let our hearts feel assured and know that you have been truthful to us and be over it from among the witnesses. [Al Quran ; 5:113]
Isa son of Mariam said: O Allah, our Lord! Send down to us a table from the sky which should be for us a festival to the first of us and to the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us and You are the best of providers. [Al Quran ; 5:114]
Allah said: I will send it down to you, but whoever disbelieves after that from among you, then indeed, I will castigate him with a torture by which I will not castigate anyone among the worlds. [Al Quran ; 5:115]
And when Allah will say: O Isa son of Mariam! Did you say to the people: Take me and my mother as two gods other than Allah? He (Isa) will say: Glory be to You, it was not for me to say that to which I had no right. If I had said it, You would have known it; You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is in Yourself. Indeed, it is you Who are the Knowing of the unseen. [Al Quran ; 5:116]
I did not say to them except that by which you commanded me, to worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord, and I was a witness over them as long as I was among them, but when You caused me to die, it is You Who were the Watcher over them, and You are over everything Witness. [Al Quran ; 5:117]
If You castigate them, then indeed, they are Your servants; and if You forgive them, then indeed, it is You Who are the Mighty, Wise. [Al Quran ; 5:118]
Allah will say: This is the day when the truthful will benefit from their truthfulness; for them are gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding therein forever. Allah will be pleased with them and they will be pleased with Him. That is the great victory. [Al Quran ; 5:119]
